Description
Physical therapists and assistants often find themselves in the middle of ethical issues in the workplace. In this course several topics related to ethical conflicts are addressed: the four general principles of ethics, physical therapy ethics and Medicare’s approach to ethics. Multiple case studies demonstrate the relationship between the APTA code of ethics and Medicare rules regarding fraud and abuse.
